If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, misprinted or materially different from its description, you’re entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 30 days of delivery, with photos.
As items are made to order, we don’t accept change-of-mind returns. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
